Congratulations to Ewin & Lucey Cowley on the birth of a grandson, William Franklin Byrd born to Claire & Rob Byrd this afternoon in Nashville! He weighed 8 1/4 pounds and was 19 " long. Proud aunts, of course, are Anna Catherine & Susan!
