No Devotional at the Donalson Care Center Tonight (Wed- Feb 16)

There will be no group going to the devotional tonight at the Donalson Care Center due to a respiratory illness going around.  The Care Center has asked that there be no groups of visitors at this time. 

 

Don’t forget about the meal tonight at 6pm and Bible classes to follow!

RCA Scholarship Fundraising Dinner

Friends, if anyone is interested in attending the RCA Scholarship Fundraising Dinner on March 4^th with special guest Jeff Fisher (formerly of the TN Titans) I thought I would let you know that I am hosting one or more tables.  My family and I have already filled one table, but if I can gather enough friends to fill another one, I’d love to!  A table seats eight (so all I need is 8 more friends!)  The cost is $125 per seat or $1,000 for an entire table.  Tickets will provide you a delicious steak dinner, an opportunity to meet Jeff Fisher and have your picture made with him and a chance to win a doorprize of various items.  Fisher hasn’t given many interviews since his departure from the Titans last month, so there’s a lot of interest in what he might have to say!  I’m not a big Titans fan, but I’m mildly curious, myself.  He has graciously put this into his schedule and has been a supporter of Christian education.

 

All proceeds go towards the scholarship program at Riverside Christian Academy which awards tuition discounts to students based on financial need, allowing them access to a wonderful Christian education at a school I am proud to be associated with and is such a blessing to our community.
