bro. John Cheatham passes away

Our sympathy is extended to the family of our brother, John Cheatham, who passed away in the early morning hours Monday.  A graveside service is to be held Thursday at 11am at Riverview.  Below is the obituary posted by Gallant Funeral Home.  Our prayers are with Tanya Bradford and their dear family.

Obituary:
John Franklin Cheatham, age 82, of Kelso, TN passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Donalson Care Center. He was born on May 29, 1931 in Marshall County, TN to the late Josiah Daily & Jennie Hilliard Cheatham. He was a former parts manager for Badenhop and was a member of the Washington Street Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Alice Marie Cheatham. Mr. Cheatham is survived by his children, Tanya & Chris Bradford of Fayetteville, TN, Tracy & Jim Davis of Benton, KS, Ricky & Sue Cheatham of Lewisburg, TN, Shelia & Perry Dunnivant of Petersburg, TN, Phyllis & Kenny McElroy of Lewisburg, TN, sisters, Mildred Blackwell and Polly Barnes, grandchildren, Jason Anderton, John McElroy, Brittany Corbin, Matthew Cheatham, Elizabeth Davis, Garrett Davis, Bennett Davis, Drew Bradford, Erin Bradford, and four great grandchildren. Graveside services are Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Riverview Memorial Gardens with Bro. Jim Black officiating. Visitation is Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home.
