you’ll find all of the old features that have been great resources and tools
for years plus several additional features that we hope will make communication
much easier for the whole church family.
You’ll continue to find weekly bulletins and sermons posted quickly as
well as news and updates on upcoming activities. Our old “E-News” has become the “Church blog”
and will contain articles of upcoming events, happenings, as well as
notifications of new bulletin postings.
Members can register with the blog and make comments and/or additions to
the posts as well. You can also
subscribe to it, as with the old E-News, and receive notifications any time new
postings are made.
Added features include a new Church Calendar which will become the
hub for postings of all church activities.
You’ll be able to look at a glance at all the upcoming activities for
the Teens, for groups, and for church-wide events. You’ll not only find information on the
events, but you’ll also be able to RSVP (for events requiring it) AND even send
out invitations to your friends to the event.
You can also subscribe to the Calendar and receive automatic reminders
of events that are coming up. You’ll be
able to send reservation requests as well.
Another new feature is the “Give Online” feature. For those who wish to, you will have the
capability of making contributions or online payments for events (such as youth
activities) via a Pay-pal account. If
you don’t have a Pay-pal account, you can sign up for one free of charge. This is simply another tool some may find
useful.
An e-mail will go out to members in our e-mail database which will
include a member name and password with instructions on how to access our
members section. It will be a
password-protected location that we may post information we only wish members
to have access to, such as our membership database of names, addresses &
e-mails.

T-Shirts
Orders for T-shirts with a new Washington Street Church of Christ design
will be taken beginning this Wednesday night during Bible classes. We hope to place the first order by Oct. 25th,
