BAPTIST HOSPITAL.  THE SURGERY WENT REALLY WELL.

SHE WILL PROBABLY BE DISMISSED SUNDAY.

 

BROTHER L. E. WRIGHT HAS BEEN DISMISSED FROM THE

HOSPITAL AND  IS NOW IN LINCOLN SKILL CARE, ROOM 467-B

 

JOAN ADAMS WAS DISMISSED FROM LINCOLN MEDICAL

CENTER TO HER HOME.

FYI… due to Sis. Sarver’s funeral on Saturday, the Leadership Summit had to be postponed.  It will be rescheduled to be a part of the Men’s Retreat on May 16-17^th.  We hope that all of our men will be able to be a part of a great weekend of fun, food, fellowship… a little fishing… maybe a little golf and a period of planning towards the work at Washington Street.  Guests are welcome as well… invite a friend.  Don’t stop praying for it!

The regular Elder's, Deacons, Ministers Meeting is Sunday Afternoon

At 3:00 P.M.

The First Sunday Singing for April is April 6^th at Park City Church of Christ

At 2:00 P.M.

Men's Retreat is scheduled for May 16-17 at the Cox Farm in Minor Hill, TN.

A Teacher Appreciation Dinner is being planned for Saturday, May 17 from

4 until 6 pm in the Fellowship Hall.

 

We express our sympathy to the family of Ruth Rhoades.  Graveside services were

Conducted Wednesday at Blanche Cemetery.

We express our sympathy to the family of Louise Sarver.  Funeral services will be

conducted Saturday at 10 am at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Huntsville.

 

Our sick report -- Frankie Pinnix(sister-in-law of  our Charlotte Bartelt)

 remains in St. Vincent Hospital, Birmingham.
