Lisa Thomas

Lisa Thomas is recovering at St. Thomas following her heart procedure on
Friday. All went well and she hopes to come home this weekend. Continue
to keep her in prayer.

JENNIFER DAVIDSON WILL HAVE GALL BLADDER SURGERY
JULY 14TH AT ST THOMAS.
 
SHIRLEY HINES HAD HEART TESTS MONDAY AND IS WAITING
FOR THE RESULTS.
 
RICHARD WAGGONER'S GROUP WILL CONDUCT THE
DEVOTIONAL AT THE DONALSON CARE CENTER

Sis. Robbie Walker passes away

We express our sympathy this morning to the family of Sis. Robbie Walker who passed away earlier today.

 

Robbie Hardin Walker

            Funeral services for Mrs. Robbie Hardin Walker, age 85, of Elora will be conducted Thursday at 10AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Black officiating. Burial will follow in Elora Cemetery beside her husband W. C. Walker who died in 2002. Mrs. Walker died Tuesday morning in Donalson Care Center.

            She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Dawson and Ella Smith Hardin. Mrs. Walker was a retired school teacher and a member of the Washington Street Church of Christ.

            Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Walker of Elora and Vicki Smith of Lebanon, two sons Jim Walker of Elora and Jack Walker of Montgomery, TX, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one nephew Max Horton of Simsbury, CT.
            Visitation with the family will be Wednesday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Mrs. Walker’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association
