Teacher appreciation Dinner, Saturday, May 17th from 4 until 6 pm.
All teachers and their spouses are invited.
Ladies Night SAS Walk in the Park, Thursday, May 22nd.
Bring a tooth brush and a medium toothpaste to share
our sisters in Honduras.
RCA Baccalaureate, Sunday May 18th at 2 pm, Washington St. Church of Christ.
 
No one in hospital at the present time.
Luther Bates, father of Troy Bates was dismissed from the hospital this past week.

Teacher Appreciation Dinner is scheduled for Saturday,
May 17th from 4 until 6 pm at Trotter's Restaurant.  This
is for all teachers and their spouses who are teaching or have
taught in the past.  RSVP to Robert Young or the church office.
 
Men's Retreat and Leadership Summit - May 16-17 at the
Cox Farm in Minor Hill, Tn.  Check schedule that is in  this weeks mail-out
Bulletin.
 
We express our sympathy to the family of Jack McLeod.  Funeral
services will be conducted Thursday at 10 am at Higgins Funeral Home.
Visitation with the family is this evening from 5 until 8 pm.
 
Luther Bates (father of Troy Bates)  is in Veteran's Hospital, Nashville
 
Howard Currin had cataract and glaucoma surgery Tuesday.  He is
doing fine.
 
Floy Hines(mother of Jean Malone) is now at Southern Manor Living
Center.

Jack McLeod

We express our sympathy to the family of Bro. Jack McLeod who passed away suddenly at his home on Monday.

Funeral services for Mr. Jack Thomas McLeod, age 81, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 10 AM Thursday at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Black officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens beside his wife Marie McGee McLeod who passed away in 2001. Mr. McLeod passed away Monday afternoon at his residence. A native of Limestone County, Alabama, he was a son of the late Thomas Brandon and Iris Lineberger McLeod, retired from Scovill Manufacturing and Stanley Tool, was a farmer, and a member of Washington Street Church of Christ. Survivors include daughter Lisa Yatsko and husband Eric of Fayetteville, son Mike McLeod and wife Judy of Fayetteville, and grandchildren Jonathan McLeod, Stephen Yatsko, and Ashley Yatsko. Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 PM Wednesday at Higgins Funeral Home.
